I offer in-studio newborn photography, with a mix of lifestyle and posed shots, all customized to you and your newborn. I aim to create a calm, easy and tranquil environment for all. As a mama of 3 kiddos myself, I know how tired and overwhelmed you will be when that sweet baby arrives. That's why I provide everything needed for your session.
In the week or 2 after your baby's birth I will welcome you to my cozy studio filled with neutral props and decor. I have a closet full of lovely and comfortable gowns so you don't even have to think about what to wear. I provide all the sweet neutral outfits, wraps, bows and bonnets for your new little love.
My newborn sessions are a combination of lifestyle family - centered photography that include connection and cuddles, in addition to wrapped, posed, and baby led images of just baby.

Guidance
As a new mom, I know how tired you are. My goal is to make each session as stress-free and relaxing as possible! Everything you need to know is provided to you up front making it hassle-free. I even offer all the props needed for your little one and gowns for you too. All you need to do is showup, relax, and let me work my magic!
Customization
I value your input, after all, these are your memories! Which is why we work together to create customized spreads and backdrops for your newborn. You get to help pick the style and the props! Or you can just leave it all up to me!

I wanted to find a photographer that was experienced with newborns and Keela was exactly that. She had a whole supply of props, wraps, headbands, etc. so I didn't have to worry about planning out anything - which was so appreciated as a mom with a newborn, I didn't have a lot of time or energy for that. She had a great vision and ideas for poses and worked swiftly in capturing them. The pictures came out so beautiful, I still swoon over them! 01. Do you offer digitals and Printing rights?
Yes, my sessions include edited images & print release via digital download. You are encouraged to order professional prints directly from your online gallery for quality purposes.
02. Do you have a studio space and Props?
Yes! I have a home-based studio located in Wyoming, Mn (just NE of Minneapolis and St. Paul). I am fully stocked with props and accessories. You don't have to bring anything but your precious baby!
03. What's your style?
I consider my work to be a beautiful balance of posed and lifestyle photography. I enjoy neutrals, earthy and moody tones, and a touch of boho.
04. What should I wear?
I got you mama! I'll send you a style guide and assist you along the way. You can never go wrong with neutrals. I also offer a beautiful collection of flattering gowns for mamas to wear. A sitter/toddler closet and newborn clothes.
05. When should I book my newborn session?
To ensure my availability, reaching out in advance before baby is born is best (in the 2nd or 3rd trimester). However, I may be able to fit you in after birth. I prefer to capture babies within the first few weeks of age when they are sleepiest and easiest to pose.
06. Do you travel for newborn sessions?
Yes, instead of using my studio, I can travel to your home if you prefer and set up a "mini studio" for an extra fee.
